Hi, I’m Anton — a coach, marketer and content creator based in Ireland.

Nearly ten years ago, I came across a very different way of understanding how our minds work. It went against almost everything I’d been taught — the idea that we experience life from the inside out, not the outside in.

I started to notice that stress, fear, and overwhelm weren’t actually problems I needed to fix or manage. When I stopped fighting those experiences and simply allowed them, they settled on their own.

There were no techniques involved. No mindset training. Just insight — and a lot less resistance.

That shift completely changed how I experience stress. It still shows up at times, but it no longer feels overwhelming or personal.

I trained as a coach because I wanted to help others experience this same shift, particularly men who carry pressure quietly and don’t often talk about it.
